Não aceitamos devoluções de produtos, apenas troca, caso tenha sido erro nosso no envio do produto ou cliente queira um tamanho diferente do pedido, ou trocar por outo artigo.  Não nos responsabilizamos pela perda do objeto no acto de o mesmo retornar para nós, o que aconselhamos o cliente a enviar o mesmo com tracking number ou correio registado, para a mesma não se perder por algum motivo. 

Para trocar um item, basta entrar com a sua conta e visualizar o pedido usando o link "Meus pedidos" no menu "Minha Conta" e clicar no botão. Você receberá uma notificação por e-mail assim que procedermos à troca do item.
Se pretender trocar um item por um tamanho diferente os custos dos envios ficam a cargo do cliente, a nossa política de troca dura 8 dias e só é possível efectuar a troca do valor total da encomenda. Se esse tempo for excedido desde a sua compra, infelizmente não podemos oferecer-lhe uma troca.
  Para ser elegível para um retorno, o seu item deve estar sem uso e na mesma condição em que você o recebeu. Também deve estar na embalagem original.
Não aceitamos produtos que sejam produtos íntimos ou sanitários, itens adicionais não retornáveis:

Ex.:Bijuteria, Lingerie, Sex Shop.
  Para completar a troca, exigimos um recibo ou comprovativo da compra.
Qualquer item que não esteja na sua condição original estando danificado ou faltando peças por razões que não são devidas ao nosso erro não poderemos trocar o meso.

We do not accept returns of products, just exchange, if it was our mistake in sending the product or customer wants a different size of the order, or exchange for another item. We are not responsible for the loss of the object in the act of returning it to us, which we advise the customer to send the same with tracking number or registered mail, so that it does not get lost for any reason.

To exchange an item, simply sign in with your account and view the order using the "My Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the button. You will receive an email notification as soon as we exchange the item.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size the shipping costs are borne by the customer, our exchange policy lasts 8 days and it is only possible to exchange the total value of the order. If this time is exceeded since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, additional non-returnable items:

Ex .: Jewelry, Lingerie, Sex Shop.
To complete the exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition being damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, we will not be able to exchange the meso.
